How long will my order take to be delivered?

This depends upon the product. Anything that is kept in stock will be delivered within 5 working days of ordering. Items which are made to order will depend upon the current lead time in our factory. These items could take up to 4 weeks to deliver.

Do you deliver to a private address?

Yes, we will deliver to a private address, although there may be a surcharge. We will inform you of this before we process the order.

I wish to purchase a set of aprons/tabards. Can I have them all in the same colour?

Yes you can. As these are made to order at our factory they can be made in any choice of colours.

Can I purchase a tablecloth in a different size to the ones on the web site?

Yes you can. The width of the fabric is 145cm wide, but we can make the length to any size.

Can my delivery be staggered to fit in with building works etc?

Yes, as long as you let us know which items you require by which dates.

I need to store my items in a storage bag. Can you make me a bag to fit?

Yes we can. If you email us your dimensions and requirements we will get back to you.

I would like a photo of the school printed on a playmat. Can you do this?

Yes, we can print playmats digitally with your own design.

What is your minimum order value?

Our minimum order value for carriage paid is £250 (excl VAT). All orders under £250 (excl VAT) will be charged carriage. There is no minimum order value.

How do I open a credit account?

Email us your details including your full invoice and delivery address, telephone number, contact name, and a trade reference. We will then process your request once we have completed our checks. Your first order will be on a pro-forma basis.

I would like to purchase a set of cushions, but would like different colours is this possible?

Yes, we manufacture the cushions on site so we can offer any colour, size and quantity.

Do you deliver to off shore islands?

Unfortunately we can only deliver to mainland UK at this point in time.

Which is the best way to contact you for a quick response?

Email is the best way to contact us. We monitor our email 7 days a week.

When I have a query, how many people will I deal with?

You will only deal with a maximum of 2 people. Your main contact will remain your main contact until your query is resolved.
