How to Order
Purchasing from Millwood Education is easy and secure.
When you have found a product you would like to purchase click on the buy now button and it will be added to your basket.
You will be directed straight to your basket but will have the option to continue shopping.
Your basket can be accessed at any time by the ‘Basket’ button at the top right of every page.
Once you are happy with your selections and would like to make your purchase, click the proceed button.
New customers will be asked to register by filling in their details, this is to make all future purchases quicker and easier for you.
We take our customers' security and privacy very seriously and will never give out your contact details to a third party.
Returning customers can log in using their email address and previously created password.
All customers will receive confirmation of their completed order by email.
Payment can be made via the website by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and by most credit cards.
All payments received by credit or debit card will be processed by a secure server.
We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transaction.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to receive an invoice this option is available to select during the payment process on the website.
Invoices are on 30 days payment terms and full payment must be received by either cheque or bacs.
All cheques are to be made payable to Millwood Education, all bacs details will be provided on the invoice.
Postage to the UK mainland is £6.95 + VAT per order.
Free delivery on orders over £250 (exc VAT).
Tax All prices shown on the web site are excluding VAT. VAT is charged at the current rate of 20%.
Delivery As most of our products are made to order delivery is usually made within 14-21 days, however please allow up to 28 days.
Only complete orders will be dispatched, unfortunately we cannot dispatch part orders. If all items are in stock delivery will usually be made within 7 – 10 days.
We will contact you as soon as possible if there are any problems with delivery of an order.
Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Goods
If your goods received have been damaged during transportation please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for a returns form and we will replace or refund your money once the item had been returned to Millwood.
If you change your mind about a product once received we can exchange this item was returned only if it is a standard product we hold in stock. Please contact us to check eligibility for an exchange or refund and to request a returns form.
Most of our products are made to order and unfortunately cannot be exchanged or refunded if you change your mind.
We are confident that you will be more than pleased with any product you receive however if you would like a little help deciding on your product to make sure you are happy with your purchase we are happy to help.
